Triple Green Waffles Low FODMAP! I cleaned our refrigerator to get enough space for the new food I came home from our local shop. It is lovely to go home with fresh groceries if you ask me! It makes me want to start cooking right away.
Our broccoli, cabbage and spinach had seen better days, but I wanted to use them. I wouldn’t say I like to throw food away, so instead, I decided to make this excellent green waffle recipe, and luckily they turned out great.
The Triple Green Waffles Low FODMAP recipe is perfect for burgers, as seen in the picture above, or for breakfast with scrambled eggs. The waffle is also great as bread with your salad bowl. There are so many uses for green waffles.
I will make them again and double the recipe to eat again at another time. There is nothing better than when you can make a meal in a few minutes.
If you want to make other waffles, I recommend trying spinach, cabbage, broccoli and pumpkins waffles.
The flour I use is Doves Farm Gluten-free self-raising flour, and you can buy it here (Holland) and Here (Amazon.de.).
