These homemade Snickers With Peanut Butter are a healthier version of the classic candy bar!
60g Salted peanuts
60g Unsalted peanuts
200g Crunchy peanut butter
25g Butter
1 tbsp Sugar
1 Pinch salt
1 tsp Raw vanilla powder
Toppings
150g Dark chocolate
2 tsp Coconut oil
Unsalted peanuts
Melt the peanut butter and butter in a pot and put them aside.
Chop the salted, unsalted peanuts and add to the pot with the rest of the ingredients. Stir everything into a smooth batter.
Add the mixture in either silicon forms or a rectangle baking tin (with foil) and lay it in the freezer for about 20- 30 minutes until the texture gets hard.
Meanwhile, melt the chocolate and coconut oil. Chop the unsalted peanut into sprinkles as decoration.
Take the dough out of the freezer and dip it in the melted chocolate. You need to do it fast because the chocolate gets hard, and you need to sprinkle with the chop peanuts.
Lay them on a baking grill or baking paper. Let the bars cool down in the fridge or freezer. I only keep the number of snickers bars I need to serve, and the rest comes in the freezer.
Serve them as a sweet dessert for friends and family. I have also given it as a gift as a birthday present.
Eat & Enjoy!
