This Chocolate Chip Cookies recipe is simple, straightforward and delicious.
150g Sugar or brown sugar
100g Soft butter
1 Egg
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Vanilla essence
1 tsp Baking powder
1 tbsp Cold expresso
200g Bob’s Red Mill Flour 1 to 1 *
175g Dark chocolate drops
Preheat the oven to 150C.
Chop the chocolate into small pieces and put them aside for later.
Whisk butter and sugar together with a hand-held mixer. Beat in the egg and whisk again.
Add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl and stir with a spoon.
Come the chocolate into the mixture until well combined.
Form balls in whatever size you prefer and press them lightly flat with your hand.
Bake at 150 C for about 17 minutes, depending on the size of the cookies you choose. I gave the cookies in the picture for about 10 minutes because they were small, and I like them that way.
Eat & Enjoy!
* Bob’s Red Mill 1 to 1 is a flour blend you use where you usually use wheat flour. I recommend the product, and I order from Amazon & Iherb.
