Delicious Oatmeal Pancakes, wrapped with banana, whipped cream, chocolate sauce, pecan nuts and frozen-dried raspberries.
1/2 L Oatmeal milk
3 Eggs
1/2 tsp Cardamom
Salt Pinch
100g Oatmeal flour
100g Bob’s Red Mill GF 1 to1 *
Toppings
Banana
Whipped cream,
Chocolate sauce
Pecan nuts
Frozen-dried raspberries
Mix milk, eggs, and salt in a large bowl.
Sift the flour in the mixture with a hand-held mixer until well combined.
Preheat a pan over medium-high heat with a bit of oil (only for the first one).
Serve the pancakes with half banana whipped cream, chocolate sauce, and pecan nuts and sprinkle frozen-dried raspberries.
