I love Danish Rice Dessert and only get it once a year, but I decided to make a healthier version so that I could eat it more often. Luckily the new version is a winner and I am happy!

50g Macadamia nuts, unsalted
60 g EASIS Cherry Sauce
100 g Skyr, vanilla
100 g Organic cottage cheese
1 tsp Vanilla paste or vanilla powder
1 tsp Sweetener, sukrin * optional
Instruktioner
Chop the macadamia roughly.
Mix the skimmer, cottage cheese, vanilla paste/vanilla powder, sweetener, and chopped macadamia.
Heat the cherry sauce in the microwave.
Serve the mixture in a bowl and top with the hot cherry sauce.
