Mega delicious and crispy waffles!
2 Eggs
210g Organic sieved spelt flour
40g Cane sugar
1 tbsp Baking powder
1/5 tsp Salt
1 tsp Cardamon
1 tsp Vanilla paste
200g Rice milk
120g Butter
Separate the egg whites in one bowl and the yolks in another—whip egg yolks with sugar, vanilla paste and cardamom.
Whip the egg whites so stiff that you can turn the bowl upside down with 1 tbsp sugar and set aside.
Melt the butter with milk and whip it into the egg yolks.
Mix the flour, salt and baking powder into the dough and whip until well combined. Fold the fluffy egg whites into the dough carefully.
Bake the waffles until no more dough is left- enjoy them immediately with your favourite toppings.
