Blueberries Bites With Liquorice are refreshing and yummy to eat!
200g Skyr, 0,2%, vanilla
100 Blueberries
1 tsp Licorice powder
100g Dark milk chocolate
Mix skyr and berries in a bowl, and scoop the mixture up into six muffins farm. I used silicone, regular size. Pop in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Melt the chocolate and deep the bites in, ensuring it is all covered completely. Store them in the fridge or freezer, depending on when you serve them. Let them defrost a little bit if you take them from the freezer.
