Super delicious and healthy rice crackers with peanut butter & chocolate!!
Rice crackers
4 tsp Peanut butter, sugar-free
100g Dark chocolate
Spread peanut butter on each rice cracker and freeze. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate and dip each to cover the peanut butter. Sprinkle a tiny bit of salt flakes. Pop them right back in the freezer again for 30 minutes. Store the crackers in the fridge until serving them. Enjoy!
