Delicious And Fresh Rhubarb Juice!
600g Rhubarb
200g Sugar
1 small tsp Vanilla powder
1,5 L Water
Cut the rhubarb into small chunks and come in a pot with the remaining ingredients.
Let it boil up slowly and boil for 15 minutes. Then rest for 15 minutes and repeat the same. Get the rhubarb juice through a sieve, and be careful not to press the rhubarb chunks because the liquid will then be unclear.
Serve the rhubarb juice in fancy glasses with ice cubs and straws.
