Chocolate Cake With Zucchini (Low FODMAP And Gluten-Free) is yummy and delicious.
125g Self-raising flour
40g Cocoa powder
2 tsp vanilla powder
1⁄2 tsp baking soda
1 Pinch Salt
100g Butter (soft)
60g Sugar
50g Coconut sugar
30g Skyr
2 Eggs
250g Zucchini
100g Dark chocolate
Grate the zucchini and put it aside.
Chop the chocolate and put it aside.
Mix flour, cocoa, vanilla powder, baking soda and salt together.
Whisk butter and both kinds of sugar lightly with a hand mixer.
Whisk in the skyr and the eggs one at a time.
Turn the grated squash in.
Finally, turn the chopped chocolate in and divide the dough into one greased baking tin (circle). If you like a thin cake, divide it into two baking containers; I prefer thicker.
Bake the cakes at 175 degrees for 30 minutes or until done.
Allow the cake to cool before serving.
Serve the cake with fresh berries of your choice.
