Lemon & Licorice Balls (Gluten-Free & Low FODMAP)

Ingredients

Scale

40g Coconut oil

100g Oatmeal GF

12 tsp Liqucidice powder

10g Shredded coconut

10g Coconut sugar

1 tsp Lemon zest

Juice from 1/2 lemon (until the mixture is firm)

Instructions

Mix everything in a bowl until well combined.

Form 15 balls, roll them with liquorice powder or coconut flakes, or leave them plain.

Place the oatmeal balls covered in the fridge before serving.

To serve, place the Lemon and Liquorice Oat Balls in a bowl and enjoy with a nice cup of tea & coffee or as a snack in the afternoon. Take them out of the fridge 30 minutes before serving them.
