Buckwheat Crepes (Gluten-Free & Low FODMAP)

These buckwheat Crepes are simple and easy to make!

Ingredients

Scale

120g Whole-grain buckwheat flour

2 Eggs

3 dl Milk (LF if needed) or water

pinch Salt

1/2 tsp Cardamom

Butter or oil for frying

Instructions

Mix everything in a bowl until well combined with a hand-mixer.

Preheat a pan over medium-high heat with butter and fry the pancakes.

Serve the pancakes for lunch or dinner with the meat and salad of your choice.
