Easy Quiche Crust Recipe (Gluten-Free and Low FODMAP)!
80g Buckwheat flakes
80g Whole-Grain Buckwheat Flour
80g Butter or Coconut oil
1 tsp Salt
1 Eggs
Egg Mass
3 Eggs
200g Cottage cheese
2 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Tarragon
Salt & pepper
Preheat the oven to 180 C.
Come all ingredients in a bowl and mix until well combined.
Take an ovenproof dish (Circle Shap), spread butter, and press the dough in. Poke holes with a fork and pre-bake for 10 minutes. Turn the oven to 200 C when you take the pre-bake dough out.
Come to your favourite filling in your pie and pour the egg mass on top.

Put everything in a bowl, and Wisk pours the egg mass over the pie with the topping.
Bake the pie for 35-40 minutes or till it is done.
Serve the pie with vegetables on the side or a nice green salad.
