Gluten-Free Food Pancakes are easy and delicious to fill with all sorts of goodies!
5 dl Water
3 Eggs
Pinch Salt
0,5 tsp Paprika
200g Bobs Red Mill flour 1X1 (GF)
Oil for frying (only for the first one)
Come everything in a bowl and mix with a hand-held mixer until a smooth batter.
Preheat a pan over medium-high heat with a bit of oil (only for the first one), .and let the pan be hot before pouring the dough into the pan.
Pour the pancake batter and quickly tilt the pan to distribute the dough evenly. <br>Next, turn the pancake when the surface has set, and fry it lightly golden on both sides.<br>Repeat with the remaining dough.
Serve the pancakes for dinner or lunch with the meat of your choice and vegetables.
