Cookies With Raspberry & White Chocolate are a delicious snack or dessert!
75g Butter
50g Sugar
125g Oatmeal GF
1 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla powder
1 tsp Baking powder
2–3 tbsp Frozen, dried raspberry
Topping
40–50 g White chocolate
Frozen, dried raspberry
Preheat the oven to 200C.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set it aside.
Melt or use soft butter.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Use two teaspoons to make a small cookie dough top and press lightly.
Bake in preheated oven for approximately 8-10 minutes.
Let them sit on the baking tray for 2 minutes before removing them to the cooling rack.
Serve the oatmeal cookies for friends and family with hot or cold drinks.
