Banana & Oatmeal Pancakes (Gluten-Free & Low FODMAP)

Banana & Oatmeal Pancakes are quick to make and will light up any breakfast or brunch table!

Ingredients

Scale

2 Bananas

3 Eggs

1 dl Milk LF if needed)

50g Oatmeal (GF)

50g Whole-grain rice flour

1 tsp Baking powder

1 tsp Vanilla essence

1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon

1/2 tsp Cardamom

2 tbsp Peanut butter

2 tbsp Dark chocolate drops

Instructions

Mash the bananas with a fork or blend them.

Add the rest of the ingredients and mix with a hand-held mixer.

I fried the small pancakes with a tiny bit of oil.

Serve the pancakes with toppings of your choice.
