Frozen Pineapple Pops With Chocolate

Pineapple pops are sweet and refreshing to eat. Dark chocolate gives an excellent twist to the fruit pops.

Ingredients

Scale

Pineapple

Wooden popsicle sticks

100g Dark Chocolate<br>

1tbsp Coconut oil

Shredded coconut

Instructions

Cut the fruit into the desired shape and insert ice sticks.

Freeze the fruit ice cream for a few hours until frozen.

Melt the chocolate with coconut oil and prepare a small bowl with shredded coconut. Dip the fruit pops in the melted chocolate and sprinkle with shredded coconut.

Place the coated fruits on a platter lined with parchment paper and freeze them for a few hours before serving.
