Smoothies are perfect if you are short on time in the morning, and you can even bring the Easy Blueberry Smoothies with Greek Yoghurt with you!
2.5 ml Milk (150g)
160g Frozen blueberries
100g Greek yogurt
30g Oatmeal
1 tsp Liquorice powder – optional
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass and enjoy!
