Ingredients

Scale

2.5 ml Milk (150g)

160g Frozen blueberries

100g Greek yogurt

30g Oatmeal

1 tsp Liquorice powder – optional

Instructions

Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour into a glass and enjoy!
