Lovely and delicious cookies with crispy edges – Yum!
250g Bananas
180g Oatmeal
125g Peanut butter
1 Pinch of salt
65g Dark chocolate chips from Biogan
Blend the banana in a medium bowl, add the ingredients, and mix well with a spoon.
Scoop 12 cookie bowls and place them on a baking tray with baking paper. Press gently the cookie a little flat.
Bake for 10 minutes at 180 C.
Let them cool down for 20 minutes
