These refreshing banana bites are lovely and delicious as a healthy snack.
120g bananas
150g Skyr, vanilla
1–2 tsp Agave* Optional
12 Dried bananas chips
Blend or mash the banana in a bowl, stirring the ingredients in. Mix well.
Use a spoon to pour some yoghurt and banana mixture into the bottom of each cake pan until all the yoghurt is gone. Top with banana chips in each.
Freeze for a couple of hours until set solid. Once frozen, pop them out of the muffin forms and serve immediately or put them back in again to eat afterwards.
