Chocolate-Dipped Orange Slices – simple and delicate!
1 Organic orange
Dark chocolate sugar-free
Dried orange powder and stars
Peel the Orange:
Begin by peeling the oranges. Make sure to remove all the pith to get clean, juicy slices.
Prepare the Chocolate:
In a heatproof bowl, melt the dark chocolate. You can do this using a double boiler or by microwaving in short bursts, stirring in between until smooth.
Dip in Chocolate:
Take each orange slice and dip one half into the melted chocolate. Ensure that the chocolate coats the orange slice evenly.
Sprinkle with Orange Powder:
While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle orange powder over the dipped side. This will add an extra burst of orange flavor and a visually appealing touch.
Chill in the Fridge:
Place the chocolate-dipped orange slices on a parchment-lined tray and transfer them to the refrigerator. Allow them to chill for at least 30 minutes or until the chocolate has completely set.
Serve:
Once the chocolate is firm, remove the slices from the fridge. Arrange them on a serving platter, and they are ready to be enjoyed!
