Thin, delicious Low FODMAP Classics Pancakes ready to roll or serve with your own favourite filling and toppings.
1 L Milk LF
6 Eggs
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp Sugar
500g Organic sieved spelt flour
Butter or oil
Mix milk, eggs, salt and sugar in a large bowl.
Sift the flour in the mixture with a hand-held mixer until well combined.
Preheat a pan over medium-high heat with a bit of butter (only for the first one).
Serve the pancakes with your favourite sweet toppings and fresh fruit.
