The smoothies are cold, creamy, nutritious and delicious. I love this smoothie in the morning, and it keeps me going for a long time.

And……. wait for it……..

I also added liquorice powder because it goes well with blueberries, and I LOVE THE TASTE. You can easily skip it if you do not like liquorice!

They have lovely taste, so simple can it be said.

The blueberries have a beautiful colour and my favourite colour too!

Blueberry is super healthy and contains a high amount of fibre, vitamin C and antioxidants.

160g Frozen blueberries

100g Greek Yoghurt

30g Oatmeal

1 tsp Liquorice powder – optional

Instruktioner

Come all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour into a glass and enjoy!
