125g Butter
200g Bob’s Red Mill GF 1 to1 *
125g Sugar
1 Egg
2 tsp Cardamom
2 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp Vanilla essence
1 tsp Clove
1/2 tsp Pepper
1 Pinch of salt
Instruktioner
Heat the oven to 180C.
Mix it all well. Roll the dough for long sausages. Cut into suitable sizes about 1×1 cm. and roll them round before placing them on a baking sheet. If the dough sticks to the table, add a bit of flour.
Bakes for 10 minutes until they turn golden at the edges. Put them cool on a wire rack.
