Homemade brownie.
Wow – BROWNIE
Yes, you heard me.
Plus, it’s gluten-free and low FODMAP Friendly.
Yeah!
Even though you have food allergies, you can still make an excellent dessert. The recipe for the brownie is easy to make and a great place to start.
This brownie has a deep chocolate taste with crispy edges and soft middle, which is how I prefer a brownie.
I served the brownie with vanilla ice cream, making it better – Yummy!
The brownie is terrific on the day it’s baked, but it’s almost even better the day after. Great, I like when I can make things in advance!
If you have any leftovers, you can freeze the brownie, and I recommend you cut it out beforehand so it’s easy to take how many you need. I always make extra for another time if I need to bring my dessert for a celebration. Win, Win!
I wish you good luck!

Eat & Enjoy!
* Xanthan gum gives gluten-free baked goods a soft texture and moist crumb that we know from the classic baked goods.
* Bob’s Red Mill 1 to 1 is a flour blend you use where you usually use wheat flour. I recommend the product, and I order from Amazon & Iherb.
