Delicious And Healthy Banana Ice Cream. I like experimenting with fresh fruit, such as bananas for ice cream; summer is here. This banana and chocolate ice cream go fantastic together! The banana ice cream is an excellent way to cool down when the children (or adults, for that matter) are craving something sweet and cold. Win, win if you ask me.
I usually put the bananas in the freezer in the morning for a few hours, dip them in melted peanut butter and freeze them again. I let the Delicious And Healthy Banana Ice Cream cool down and repeat with melted chocolate and the toppings.
You can put them back in the freezer again and serve when later.

Ingredients
2 Bananas
Dark chocolate
Coconuts flakes
Crunchy peanut butter
Unsalted peanuts
Instructions
Divide each banana in two and stick a wooden lollipop in each one and freeze the bananas.
Melt the peanut butter, dip half of the bananas, and let them cool down again for a little while.
Chop the peanut into small pieces.
Melt the chocolate and place coconut flakes and peanuts in separate bowls. Dip the bananas in the melted chocolate around half of it and sprinkle them with coconut flakes and peanuts.
Serve them right away on a warm sunny day.
