Our family traditions

Ingredients
2 Eggs
1 tsp Sugar
2 tsp Potato starch
400g Rice pudding
1/2 tsp Raw vanilla powder
Instructions
Whisk eggs and sugar with a hand mixer and add the potato starch.
Stir in the rice pudding and vanilla powder in the mixture.
Let the dough rest in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
Fry the Rice Pudding Pancakes in butter or oil.
Serve the Rice Pudding Pancakes with maple syrup and fresh berries after your choice.
