These buckwheat Crepes are simple and easy to make. The crepes taste great nutty, which you get from buckwheat flour. Therefore the flour is excellent in these crepes or any other pancake recipe.
Buckwheat crepes can be used for both savoury and sweet recipes. You can sweeten them with a bit of cane sugar or maple syrup and fill them with fruit, ice cream, or whipped cream. The crepes can be used neutrally, such as wraps or pancakes for salads, meat, or whatever you fancy. I like a good homemade wrap, and there are no exceptions.
