These yummy Oatmeal Balls with Rom are an excellent snack for the weekend or whenever you are craving something sweet. The Balls are super quick to make, and you can let the whole family join in.
You can swap the rom out with rom essences to make them kid-friendly. In this recipe, I used a mix of coffee and rom, so the balls were suitable for both kids and adults.
Tip
Take the balls out of the fridge 30 minutes before serving them; otherwise, they will be pretty hard to chew on, and there will be less taste in them.
