These Easy Chocolate Chip Waffles are delicious with a lovely taste of chocolate flavour. The waffles are an excellent choice to serve for breakfast or brunch at the weekend. If you baked them in the morning, your family will wake up to a wonderful waffle taste and thank you for making them.

Easy Chocolate Chip Waffles are delicious with a lovely taste of chocolate!

Ingredients
6 Eggs
1 Big Banana
3 dl Milk
1/2 dl Coconut oil (30g)
Pinch Salt
1 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp Vanilla powder
1 tsp Xanthan gum *
1 tbsp Maple syrup (optional)
2,5 tbsp Raw cacao powder
90g Oatmeal GF
100g Bob’s Red Mill GF 1 to1 * (look under note)
1 small handful of dark chocolate drops
Instructions
Preheat the waffle iron.
Smash the banana coarsely and come in a medium bowl.
Melt coconut oil.
Mix everything in the bowl with the smashed banana with a mixer until well combined. Add the chocolate drop to the mixture.
Grease the waffle iron with coconut oil (only for the first one), bake the waffles and continue until there is no more dough left.
Spread peanut on top of the waffles, and place fresh strawberries and chocolate drops on top.
