These Cookies With Raspberry & White Chocolate are a delicious snack or dessert. You can bake the most delicious cookies with oatmeal, giving some slightly more rustic cookies than if you bake with flour. The combination of frozen-dried raspberry and white chocolate tastes heavenly, and they are super easy to make. You can also easily replace the white chocolate with dark, leave the raspberry out, and add nuts. There are so many options!
The recipe is super quick and easy to make; furthermore, your children can make the cookies themselves; what a win if you ask me! When I served the cookies to my children, they were pleased and asked if I could put some in their snack box for school the day after. Yes, I did!
