Ingredients

300g White cabbage

6 Eggs

100g Cottage cheese

30g Sunflower oil

1 tsp Salt

1 tsp Turmeric

1 tsp Baking powder

1 tsp Xanthan gum *

23 tsp Curry

90g Oatmeal flakes

100g Bob's Red Mill Flour 1 to 1 * or self-raising flour 

Instructions

Cut the cabbage into pieces and put in the food processor together with eggs.

Heat the waffle iron.

Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until well combined.

Bake the waffles for 2-4 minutes on each side, depending on the crispiness you prefer.

Use it instead of bread to serve the waffles, and put your favorite toppings on.
