The weather is super HOT in Japan, and we need to cool down. Therefore I came up with this Healthy Mango Ice Cream which is refreshing, delicious and easy to make. The healthy ice cream has a lovely taste of sweet mango, banana and a hint of vanilla, making it super yummy!
When it is so warm, we try to stay inside during the day and go out in the evening because it is much nicer☺
While I do not want to call this more delicious than ice cream, it was a tasty frozen treat. I was delighted to see the kids so happy over a healthy treat.

200g Frozen mango
1 Banana frozen
1dl Milk
1/2 tsp Vanilla essence
Instructions
Come all ingredients in a blender and blend until well combined.
Serve it right away, and enjoy!
