200g Frozen pineapple

1 Banana frozen

1/21dl Coconut milk

1/2 tsp Vanilla essence

1 small handful Fresh mint

Topping

1 tsp Shredded coconut

Fresh mint

Instructions

Come all ingredients in a blender and blend until well combined.

Serve it right away, and enjoy!
