Kahlua Machta Waffles
If you are treating yourself to waffles, you might as well go all out. This Kahlua Machta Waffles topped with whipped cream, blueberries and dark chocolate is delicious.
The Waffles have an excellent taste of coffee, Kahlua and matcha; what not to like? These Kahlua Machta Waffles will be a wonderful dessert. There is always a good opportunity for waffles if you ask me!

Ingredients
200g Bob’s Red Mill Flour 1 to 1 *
4 Eggs
2 tsp Matcha powder
1 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp Xanthan gum *
1 tsp Vanilla essence
1 dl Kahlua with Matcha
3 dl Whole milk
30g Melted coconut oil
1 dl Cold coffee
Kahlua Matcha whipped cream
1 tbsp Kahlua Matcha
2 dl Heavey cream
Sprinkle grated dark chocolate
Instructions
Heat the waffles iron.
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
Stir in Kahlua with Matcha, milk, coffee, oil, egg,s and vanilla essence.
Add the wet mixture to the dry one and whisk it thoroughly until well combined.
Bake the waffle and continue until there is no more dough left.
Serve the waffles for dessert.

* Bob's Red Mill 1 to 1 is a flour blend you use where you usually use wheat flour. I recommend the product, and I order from Amazon & Iherb.
