You can easily make these luxurious Waffles With Whipped Cream for celebrations or weekend parties.

Ingredients
75g Millet flakes or oatmeal
200g Bob’s Red Mill Flour 1 to 1
4 Eggs
1 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp Xanthan gum *
1 tsp Vanilla essence
1 dl Bailey
3 dl Whole milk
1 dl Cold coffee
30g Melted coconut oil
Bailey whipped cream
1 tbsp Bailey
2 dl Heavy cream
Cherries or strawberries
Sprinkle grated dark chocolate
Instructions
Heat the waffles ion.
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl
Stir in Bailey, milk, coffee, oil, eggs, and vanilla essence in another bowl.
Add the wet mixture to the dry one and whisk it thoroughly together until well-combined.
Bake the waffle and continue until there is no more dough left.
Serve the waffles for dessert.
