Ingredients
Pineapple
Wooden popsicle sticks
100g Dark Chocolate<br>
1tbsp Coconut oil
Shredded coconut
Instructions
Cut the fruit into the desired shape and insert ice sticks.
Freeze the fruit ice cream for a few hours until frozen.
Melt the chocolate with coconut oil and prepare a small bowl with shredded coconut. Dip the fruit pops in the melted chocolate and sprinkle with shredded coconut.
Place the coated fruits on a platter lined with parchment paper and freeze them for a few hours before serving.
