What can you do with boiled rice?
Whenever I boiled rice, I always make way too much, somehow I can't help it, and I'm not particularly eager to throw food away.
Luckily I have a solution...... wait for it.

Yep, that's right, you heard me, rice waffles. Maybe it sounds wired to you, but I assure you the waffles are good!
Therefore if you are like me and have leftover boiled rice, here is your answer make rice waffles!
When can you use Rice Waffles With Nigella Seeds?
The waffles are perfect for lunch and dinner with toppings of your choice. Because the rice waffles are neutral in taste, you can use whatever you prefer and like.
The topping I chose for these waffles was cabbage, beef with infused garlic oil, spring onions and tomatoes. Yum!
My secret weapon
When eating waffles, one of my secret weapons is to toast the waffle on both sides first, so it gets warm and crispy! There you go, my secrets are out!!!
What can you put in a waffle?
The short answer is about anything from cabbage, carrot, banana, coconut or bailey, to name a few. There isn't a thing that you can't put in a waffle if you ask me!
The question is rather what occasion? You can have the waffles for either breakfast, lunch, dinner or last dessert - your choice!

Rice Waffles With Nigella Seeds are perfect for lunch and dinner with toppings.

Ingredients
6 Eggs
100g Cottage cheese
1 dl Milk
300g Boil rice
90g Oatmeal Gf
100g Bob’s Red Mill Flour 1 to 1 *or self-raising flour
30g Oil
1 tsp Tarragon
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp Nigella Seeds (black sesame seeds)
Instructions
Blend eggs, cottage cheese and milk and pour into a medium bowl.
Heat the waffle iron.
Add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl and whisk with a hand-held mixer untiwell combineded.
Make the waffles and continue until there is no more dough left.
