Yes… you read that correctly! Brownie Waffles!

Chocolatey, gooey, and delicious Brownie Waffles are an epic dessert or treat!

The Brownie Waffles are topped with homemade salted caramel sauce, vanilla ice cream and chocolate drops.

There is only one thing left to say.

Go in the kitchen and get started right away!

Ingredients

Scale

6 Eggs

1/2 dl Oil (30g)

3 dl Milk

Pinch of salt

1 tsp Vanilla essence

1 tsp Xanthan gum * 

1 tsp Baking powder

23 tbsp Sugar or (1 small banana)

4 tbsp Raw cacao powder

60g Pecan nuts – optional

80g Dark chocolate drops

90g Oatmeal GF

100g Bob Red Mill flour 1X1* 

Toppings

Ice cream

Salted caramel

Chocolate drops

Instructions

Mix eggs, milk and oil in a medium bowl.

Heat the waffle iron.

Add the dry ingredients except for the chocolate drops. Mix with a hand-held mixer until you have a smooth batter. Stir in the chocolate drops.

Pour the batter onto your hot waffle iron until you have used all the dough.

Serve the waffles hot with ice cream, homemade salted caramel and dark chocolate drops.

Xanthan gum gives gluten-free baked goods a soft texture and moist crumb that we know from the classic baked goods.

* Bob's Red Mill 1 to 1 is a flour blend you use where you usually use wheat flour. I recommend the product, and I order from Amazon & Iherb.
