Brownie (Gluten-Free & Low FODMAP)

Brownie (Gluten-Free & Low FODMAP)

Homemade brownies.

Wow – BROWNIES

Yes, you heard me.

Plus, it's gluten-free and low FODMAP Friendly.

Yeah!

Even though you have food allergies, you can still make an excellent dessert. The recipe for the brownie is easy to make and a great place to start.

This brownie has a deep chocolate taste with crispy edges and soft middle, which is how I prefer a brownie.

I served the brownie with vanilla ice cream, making it better – Yummy!

The brownie is terrific on the day it's baked, but it's almost even better the day after. Great, I like when I can make things in advance!

If you have any leftovers, you can freeze the brownie, and I recommend you cut it out beforehand so it's easy to take as many as you need. I always make extra for another time if I need to bring my dessert for a celebration. Win, Win!

I wish you good luck!

350g Butter

350g Dark chocolate drops

200g Sugar

5 Eggs

1/4 tsp Xanthan gum *

80g Greek yogurt

150g Bob Red Mill flour 1X1* or self-raising flour

Begin by melting butter and chocolate in a pot over medium heat. Stir until everything is well combined.

Add the rest of the ingredients to a separate bowl and mix with an electric mixer. Last, add the melted butter and chocolate slowly. Stir thoroughly.

Heat the oven to 175 C.

Pour the dough into an ovenproof dish you have sprayed with oil or use baking paper. Sprinkle a small handful of chocolate drops.

Bake the brownies for 35-40 minutes.

Notes

Eat & Enjoy!

Xanthan gum gives gluten-free baked goods a soft texture and moist crumb that we know from the classic baked goods.

* Bob's Red Mill 1 to 1 is a flour blend you use where you usually use wheat flour. I recommend the product, and I order from Amazon & Iherb.
