Oatmeal Cookies With Naturally Sugar

Beautiful and delicious little oat cookies with dark chocolate made with natural Sugar, which doesn’t raise blood sugar.

The cookies are chewy with a lovely taste of chocolate, which fits perfectly for a cup of coffee!

If you don’t want to use natural sugar, swap the super to your preference 1X1.

Oatmeal Cookies With Naturally Sugar

Ingredients

75g Butter room temperature

50g Sukrin Gold *

125g Oatmeal GF

1 Eggs

1 tsp Vanilla powder

1 tsp Baking powder

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200C.

Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set it aside.

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and add the soft butter.

Use two teaspoons to make a small cookie dough top and press lightly.

Bake in preheated oven for approximately 8-10 minutes.

Let them sit on the baking tray for 2 minutes before removing them to the cooling rack.

Serve the oatmeal cookies for friends and family with hot or cold drinks.

Notes

Sukrin Gold is a natural and calorie-free sweetener that is free of carbohydrates which is made on the basis of erythritol. Sukrin does not rise in blood sugar and has delicious and naturally rich in flavour.
