These Cacao balls are an upgrade from classic oatmeal balls, which give a soft and chewy middle full of a chocolate taste. The melted chocolate, shredded coconut, and freeze-dried raspberry powder just make them perfect for dessert, as they look very colourful!
For this recipe, I used natural sugar, as I prefer that because I feel better in my tummy a no bloating at all. Win, win for me! But you can easily replace it with cane sugar. I decided only to melt 100 g of chocolate, as I also like plain cacao balls. They are good either way!
I wish you good luck!
