Furthermore, Emilie and Sebastian are not big fans, but Daniel and I enjoy eating one portion while making the rice pudding. We mainly make it because of the Christmas dessert, where you use it as the base. Rice pudding is a trendy Christmas dish, and it is often used to make them even more traditional Low FODMAP Danish Rice Dessert with Cream and almond, typically served for dessert after dinner on Christmas Eve. We all love the dessert very much!

We make the rice pudding on the 23rd of December and serve it for dinner in our family. The leftovers make the Low FODMAP Danish Rice Dessert with Cream and almonds the day after on the 24th. If there is still some extra rice pudding, then it can be used to make rice pudding pancakes, or Klatkager as they are called in Danish – so it can be said these pancakes are like a third-level dish.
