In glass, add a layer of the rhubarb compote at the bottom. Next, add a layer of the yoghurt mixture on top of the rhubarb compote. Sprinkle a layer of granola and walnuts over the yoghurt. Repeat the layers until you fill the glass or bowl, ending with sprinkling a tiny bit of granola and walnuts on top.
Serve chilled, and enjoy your healthy rhubarb trifle snack!
