Healthy Mango Bliss Ball Low FODMAP

Healthy Mango Bliss Ball Low FODMAP

These refreshing Healthy Mango Bliss Balls have a great combination of mango and shredded coconut, which gives a nice sweetness to the mango balls. Visually, the Bliss Balls look inviting with stunning yellow colour.

The mango balls can be used for your children’s snack box or for when they have friends over for a play date. There are so many options! I added mango juice for the Healthy Mango Bliss Ball Low FODMAP to give the balls more mango taste. They have become one of my favourite treats to eat at the moment. Although my children don’t like them that much, I am not complaining as there are more for Daniel and myself! I decided to mix the crumble with shredded coconut, which gives an excellent twist to the crumble. Everyone has different tastes! Please let me know if you try them.

Tip

Take the bliss ball out of the fridge 30 minutes before serving them; otherwise, they will be pretty hard to chew on, and there will be less taste in them.

Place the oatmeal balls, covered, in the fridge before serving.

To serve, place the Mango Bliss Balls in a bowl and enjoy a nice cup of tea & coffee or as a snack in the afternoon. Take them out of the fridge 30 minutes before serving them.
